VESUVIUS, VA, May 2, 2022 — A celebratory groundbreaking ceremony took place on Monday to mark the commencement of road and infrastructure construction at the 12 Ridges Vineyard & Residence Club. Located at Mile Marker 25 on the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Residence Club offers a fractional co-ownership model for second home buyers. The Residence Club will be managed by Elite Alliance, providing homeowners with global access to a network of luxury vacation homes.
Comprising 77 acres adjacent to 12 Ridges Vineyard, the development will feature 14 private, spacious residences with architecture designed by the internationally renowned firm Bohlin Cywinski Jackson (BCJ) and interiors designed by Charlottesville-based Glickman Design Studio.
